New Graduate Students join the Group
The Shaughnessy group welcomed two new graduate students to the group. Emily Souza earned a BS degree at the University of South Carolina. Her research will focus on the synthesis of bifunctional ligands and their catalytic applications. Jacob Scantland earned his BS degree at Tennessee Tech. His research will focus on synthesis and application of heterobidentate ligands.
A chapter reviewing amine arylation reactions authored by John Hartwig, Kevin Shaughnessy, Shashank Shekar and Rebecca Green was published in the 100th volume of Organic Reactions.
